Nigerian entrepreneur and real estate developer, Simon Ajah, is building a business portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality and technology, reflecting a transition from his earlier career in the Nigerian entertainment industry to entrepreneurship.
Ajah is the founder of Simon’s Signature Realty Ltd, a Lagos-based real estate company involved in residential property sales, rentals, property management and development.
Through the company, he has established a presence in Lagos’ competitive property market, working with homeowners, investors and individuals seeking residential properties.
Beyond real estate, Ajah has interests in hospitality and is associated with Som’s Dishes, a Lagos-based food and hospitality venture.
His entrepreneurial interests also extend into technology through Hauslet, a PropTech platform he co-founded to simplify property discovery and improve how people buy, rent and engage with real estate services.
Speaking on the motivation behind his involvement in technology and property, Ajah said, “I believe technology can make the real estate process simpler, more transparent and accessible to more Nigerians. There is a need to make it easier for people to discover properties and make informed decisions.”
Before concentrating on business and real estate, Ajah was active in the Nigerian entertainment industry under the stage name Ajay Milli.
He gained recognition in 2020 following the release of his single, *Ojoro*. Although his career has since taken a different direction, his experience in entertainment remains an important part of his professional journey.
Ajah's transition from entertainment into entrepreneurship has seen him develop interests across several sectors, including real estate development, property investment, hospitality and digital innovation.
His growing involvement in PropTech also reflects a broader interest among Nigerian entrepreneurs in applying technology to traditional industries.
For Ajah, the focus is increasingly on developing businesses and platforms that respond to practical challenges within Nigeria's property market.
“My goal is to build businesses that solve real problems,” he said. “Whether it is real estate, hospitality or technology, I want to create solutions that provide value and improve the experience for the people who use them.”
Today, Ajah continues to develop his interests across real estate and technology while exploring opportunities within Nigeria's evolving entrepreneurial landscape.
