Chijioke Adimike Bagged Honorary Doctorate in Real Estate Development and Public Resources Management

Chijioke Adimike, MD/CEO of Hofesh Homes Limited, was honoured for a decade of excellence in real estate development and public resources 

In a ceremony that brought institutional recognition to one of Abuja's most quietly formidable real estate voices, Dr. Chijioke Adimike was on Monday, 11th May, 2026, conferred with a Professional Fellowship Doctorate (PFD) in Real Estate Development and Public Resources Management by the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics, Ghana (CIPRMP).

The award was presented at the corporate office of Hofesh Homes Limited, located in Gwarinpa, Abuja, where a delegation from the institution visited in person to formally present the honour, a rare gesture that underscored the weight of the recognition.

About the Institution

Established in 1995 and formally chartered in 2005, the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics, Ghana (CIPRMP) was a respected continental body dedicated to training, certifying, and recognising professionals in corporate governance, management, and political integrity. The conferment was signed off by both the Governing Council and Advisory Board of the institution, lending it full institutional authority and documentation.

A Decade of Building

Dr. Chijioke had spent the last ten years, since 2016, quietly shaping the real estate landscape of Abuja, building Hofesh Homes Limited into a trusted name for high-stakes property investment decisions in the Federal Capital Territory.

CIPRMP described him in no uncertain terms as an "Exceptional Entrepreneurial Personality, Iconic Nation Builder, and Astute Management Technocrat", a set of distinctions that reflected not just business success, but a sustained commitment to elevating industry standards.

In his acceptance remarks, Dr. Adimike struck a notably humble tone.

What made this story particularly compelling was what it revealed about the man receiving the award. The approval for the fellowship had been granted as far back as 26th July 2025, yet Dr. Chijioke only received it then, citing a packed schedule as the reason for the delay.

More strikingly, he disclosed that the doctorate was just one of more than nine awards that remained uncollected to date, including another honour that had been due to be presented at that same ceremony but had yet to be received.

It was a detail that spoke volumes: here was a professional so consumed by the work that recognition, however deserved, tended to wait for him.
